Supply of Products or Services

Contract for the Supply of Products or Services:-  No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and The Boutique Jewellery Company unless and until an email is sent by The Boutique Jewellery Company to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made.  This confirmation email amounts to our acceptance of your offer to buy goods or services from The Boutique Jewellery Company and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether you receive the email or not.  We are at liberty to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance.  This applies also to the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself. 

Changes in Prices or Terms:-  Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.  Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on The Boutique Jewellery Company website.

Limitation of Liability:-  We are not liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.  This is comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Other Information:-  Due to the nature of bead and jewellery manufacturing, we cannot guarantee colours unless otherwise stated.  Due to the nature of handmade products, slight differences in form and shape are possible.  Whilst every effort is made to represent product colours, it is possible that images presented may vary slighty from the actual product received.  Variations in computer monitors and browsers are beyond our control.  Product images are not to scale.

'Account created', 'order confirmation' and other emails:-  Once you have successfully created a new account / log in profile or placed an order, you should receive an email from us, welcoming you and confirming your new account / our receipt of your order. If you have not received our email, it could be that your email server / browser may have blocked it as SPAM and you may (or may not :) wish to alter your settings to allow our emails through. Please also ensure that when entering your details, your email address is spelled correctly e.g. '.co.uk' and not '.com' or vice versa...

Our Rights:-  All content and images displayed on boutiquejewellery.co.uk are the property of The Boutique Jewellery Company or their respective owners.  The designs of any jewellery items are owned by their respective designers.  Under no circumstances may you re-use any of the information on this site for your own personal gain.

More about ‘0845’ numbers :-  0845 numbers provide a great way for many people to call a business anywhere in the UK at the same price as a local call. Recently they have been receiving some bad press as some businesses take a ‘cut’ of each call made to their 0845 number.

Please be assured that we do not receive ANY income from our 0845 number what so ever. We have set this up, purely as a benefit to our customers who would like to receive advice on our products or place an order over the phone. Cost to caller: 4p @ peak rate, 1p @ off peak.
